On March 26th, 10th and 11th graders will be taking the PSAT and SAT. The PSAT is a practice test for the SAT, while SAT scores are used by colleges for admission decisions. Although the PSAT is just a practice test, it also determines eligibility for the National Merit Scholarship Program.
Both the SAT and PSAT consist of two sections: ELA and math. To calculate your final score, you add both section scores together, with the highest possible total score being 1600.
All grades besides 10th and 11th will have a virtual learning day so that test-takers can work in a quiet and focused environment.
We wish the 10th and 11th graders the best of luck on their exams!
